The engine would certainly like bigger carbs.....but 33's will work just fine!! I had 39.5 TMX's on my old 421 cubbie.

^^^ I agree. The 33's will work but the cubs definitely like more fuel. I'd say 35's for a clean up port, 39's for a drag port. I run 39 PWK's on my 421 cub

i agree. my brothers 421 cub has 33mm pwk on it and it comes out of the whole hard. probably something to do with the smaller carbs. but you can run 35 or 39 on that motor too with no problems. personally if you have the 33's, just stick with them. i doubt youll notice much difference..
