LT shocks on YFZ shocks?

ok i messed up on the titlesorry guys,ok im getting some YFZ a arms and i was looking at the a arms and i was woundering if you could put LT shocks on them? because they sit low with theYFZ a arms and shocks and i think with some LT shocks it would be sweet. any input would be sweet. thaks guys

a friend has an lt & hell if that idea didnt come up.. shock bodies for the mount area look small.

they look like they would bolt up to my a arms :shrug:

Depends just measure and see if you could fit a 19.5in shock in there.

is that how long lt banshee shocks are? because i would probly go with lt banshee shocks.

lt banshee shocks are only 16 something inches long I think. the 19 inchers are LT yfz shocks.

Noboy is answering because NOBODY knows the answer to this question. Your trying to just combine different pieces from different places and hope they all work together to give you this awesome setup for cheap. That isn't going to happen.

 

Stock banshee shocks are 14.75 inches. YFZ shocks are 15 something inches. They barely fit. YFZ arms MIGHT let you go with slightly longer shocks, but the shock mount isn't moved significantly. You aren't going to fit even banshee long travel shocks.

 

Stick with Banshee shocks on a banshee.

how much experience do you have with YFZ parts on a Banshee?

YFZ shocks alone raise the bike, YFZ shocks and arms lower the bike.

so now how much room does that leave one too play with? only the people that try it, know.

well im just woundering if someone had tryed it befor because im woundering if it would work. i decided to just get the yfz shocks redone by GT thunder and make them dual rate because i know that will work.
