EastCoast Banshee Posted May 7, 2007 Report Posted May 7, 2007 Depends just measure and see if you could fit a 19.5in shock in there. Quote
ThE_BaNsHeE_mAn88 Posted May 8, 2007 Author Report Posted May 8, 2007 is that how long lt banshee shocks are? because i would probly go with lt banshee shocks. Derick Quote
Trick2stroke Posted May 8, 2007 Report Posted May 8, 2007 lt banshee shocks are only 16 something inches long I think. the 19 inchers are LT yfz shocks. Quote
dawarriorman Posted May 8, 2007 Report Posted May 8, 2007 Noboy is answering because NOBODY knows the answer to this question. Your trying to just combine different pieces from different places and hope they all work together to give you this awesome setup for cheap. That isn't going to happen. Stock banshee shocks are 14.75 inches. YFZ shocks are 15 something inches. They barely fit. YFZ arms MIGHT let you go with slightly longer shocks, but the shock mount isn't moved significantly. You aren't going to fit even banshee long travel shocks. Stick with Banshee shocks on a banshee. Quote

Stick with Banshee shocks on a banshee. and the world is flat. no one sticks Chevy motors into Ford vehicles. in the Salem Witch Trials, there actually were Witches! how much experience do you have with YFZ parts on a Banshee? YFZ shocks alone raise the bike, YFZ shocks and arms lower the bike. so now how much room does that leave one too play with? only the people that try it, know. Quote
ThE_BaNsHeE_mAn88 Posted May 9, 2007 Author Report Posted May 9, 2007 well im just woundering if someone had tryed it befor because im woundering if it would work. i decided to just get the yfz shocks redone by GT thunder and make them dual rate because i know that will work. Derick Quote
