I was hoping someone could tell me how to remove the steering stem bearing? Just beat it out or am I missing a set screw or something? I am assuming it comes out of the bottom also? Let me know. Thanks

There is a little brass deal in the bottom that comes out easy. Then you have to remove the seal, then there is a tool you have that turns the bottom part out. I made one, its a bug nut welded on a pipe to get it out. Then you can beat the bearing out. I think thats the order, I just remember taking my bros frame all the way down taking all that apart. It was s bitch to get out and back in though, I do remember that.

Hey guys i've got the same problem with that damn nut. Mine rusted solid I did make the tool to get it out. What would you say is the best way to loosen it. Must I heat it up or what?
