locogato11283 Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 if you have 150 pounds id just run pump gas straight. you dont need high octane fuel. Quote
kawiking Posted April 23, 2007 Author Report Posted April 23, 2007 how close to the edge am i ?? if im close id rather run 50/50 to be safe. when should you bump up to 50/50 ??? Quote

WALLACE84 Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 I run race gas in anything at 150lbs of compression or above.Thats just me. BUT, If you have porting, then I definalty run race gas Quote
Handyman Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 I have 170 psi on my cheetah p.v. and run straight 110 race gas. i was told that if I had 150-160 to run 50/50 mix of race and pump gas. Quote
locogato11283 Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 yes timing will have an affect on it. better run the 50/50 Quote
kawiking Posted April 23, 2007 Author Report Posted April 23, 2007 thanks for all the info.ive heard the 150-160 50/50..... just wanted to make sure. ive also heard if you run race gas when you dont need it it can hurt you rather than help you. thanks again !!! Quote
