FireHead Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/RD400-3whee...093665432QQrdZ1 I was browsing eBay this evening and came across this. One of you huys needs to buy it and let me come over and ride it. I would buy it, but I am too far into my triple project to put it on hold. Quote

FireHead Posted March 23, 2007 Author Report Posted March 23, 2007 Sweet bike! I remember the days. I am pretty sure I wasn't born yet when those RD engines were new. I love a good threewheeler though. An '84 Kawasaki Tecate was my first ATV and I have owned a couple Honda threewheelers since. Like I said before, if I didn't have my triple project going I would be out looking at one of those two bikes. Quote
gipperz Posted March 25, 2007 Report Posted March 25, 2007 Those are cool, I had a yamaha yt175 three wheeler and shoe horned a suzuki rm250 motor in it. It was fun but it had no rear suspension, It damn near killed me. Quote
NYUK Posted March 25, 2007 Report Posted March 25, 2007 people may laugh at them, but a well built rd still holds it`s own on a track even with all the new stuff out.this lil rd 350 takes the money home from every class they let him enter. whoops on jixxers and anything else that will line up with it. it looks like it was rolled out of fred and lamonts front yard, but it is sick fast. I like the looks of that thing. There is a guy in Bellingham, WA that has a couple of of RD400's that are done up as cafe racers. They are fast enough to scare the crap out of me. I think I might need one of those too. :: Quote
