The motor has lasted 7 years stock and has been ridden really hard..but anyways i need some advice from you guys

What type of Pistons do you guys recommend? i was looking at the Wiseco Rebuild kits on ebay?

For the pipes, i have decided to go with the Toomey t6's

Would you guys recommend getting a cool head? i know the benefits of them but i didn't know if it would be a MUST do with some motor work

What about the clutch? would just going with the EBC basically stock replacement be ok?

Guess you got your money's worth out of that stock bore  You need to take those jugs to someone that is competent in boring and have them measure the bore. Prolly needs to be freshened up a bit, just cause it was running when you tore it down doesn't mean you don't need a bore/hone.

Why the Coolhead? A big reason to run them is to bump compression up and set it where you want it.. but it does cool better also. If your wanting more compression most will recommend welding the crank.

I have heard alot of good things about F.A.S.T. clutch kits, economical and hold up to abuse as well or better than the rest.....

Wiseco pistons are what I would use. You can't go wrong with an EBC clutch. Cometic gaskets are also a good deal. I would definitely put a ProDesign or Noss cool head on there. They cool much better and allow you to taylor the compression ratio of you engine to your needs.

I would go with the NOSS head they improve colant flow and as stated above they allow smaller domes for more compression. Plus Dave is a sponsor for the site and he is good people, so PM him on here he goes by dlnoss. The clutches that Jeff sell are great products and hold really well. I think Loco used one for a whole season of hill climbing and never had any problems with it. So contact Jeff at FAST...............
