KlotzBanshee Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 Hey, what do you guys recommend to do with your clutch plates while working on the lower end? IDK if they can dry out (fibers) ,or if leaving them soak will make them swell? I'm thinking of just putting them in a zip lock with some Bel-ray in there? They're practically brand new, and I'd hate to ruin them during storage while I work. It will be at least a month before they're ready to go back in. Any thoughts, what do you do? AW Quote
Duner440 Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 I put the clutches in the clutch basket and set them inside the clutch cover when I have my motor apart and I have had no problems. Try to keep them covered up so they dont get any dirt on them. Quote
