If you can afford new ones go that route... if you want to, patch it, then tube the tire if you just want to use it for a while. I dont think I would use that as a permanent solution, but you could ride on it like that for a while.

um i would buy new. a machanice told me one time that when you tube a tire on a high hp bike they dont last long. i think he said they spin the tube or something cant really remeber can anyone chime in on this?

I would imagine thats true you could spin the tire on the rim and mess up your tube. I would get new, the tube idea was just a temporary solution until you could get new.

thanks guy getting new one just deciding whch ones

i worked in a tire shop for many years.....high hp atvs will sipin the rim inside the tire causing the valve stem of the tube to shear off......ive seen it a million times

do yourself a favor and do like you said and get a new tire

I would get a new tire for the rear..............

If it was on the front I would be tempted to go the tube route, only because the tire wont have the tendency to spin like it would on the back.............

But that is what I would do if it were mine.................
