Hi guys,

I'm actually having problem with my shee at idle. When a release the choke the rpm drop and the engine turn off. If I pull the choke the engine run A1. At high rpm i it run good but 0-1/8 trottle is very wrong. I actually have fmf gold serie pipe and v-force, i use 280 main jet and 25 for the pilot.

Anybody could have an idea about what could be wrong????

I change intake and intake garket so no leak expect is this area.

When you changed the intake & intake gaskets, did you go ahead & clean the carbs?

Was it running fine before?

What has changed since the last time that it was running great?

Have you modified or changed anything lately?

Is it jetted right for your mods? Has it ever been?

Turn each air screw all the way in, lightly seated.

Turn each one out .5 turns. warm the bike up. Go for a ride. Turn the air screws out another .5 turns, wait for the setting to take effect (20 seconds or so) go for another ride.

Repeat this, until you get the highest idle and best response idle to 1/8 throttle.

If you end up with less than 1.0 turns out, step up the pilot to a 27.5 (next biggest size)

FMF pipes tend to like more fuel in the pilot...so, I wouldn't be surprised....
