IROOST1 Posted November 7, 2006 Report Posted November 7, 2006 I am going to have to sell my banshee in less than a month. I just totally rebuilt it with fresh paint on the frame, everything was cleaned real good and re-lubed. Frame is 99 with title. The motor is a 2001 with a new crank thats welded, jugs .020 over by eric gorr, wisecos. Bills pipes, proflow w/kandn. Tors removed. Douglas Red labels. DG Alum nerfs. Still deciding which tires to sell it with. New pads all around. Red Plastics and new seat. I almost have it done, just waiting to get new gold master link and put plastics back on. Im located in il, what should i ask for it? I cant get pic to load so i give up. Quote
stclark816 Posted November 7, 2006 Report Posted November 7, 2006 You would be lucky to get more than 2g's for it. Im sure it's a nice bike, but banshee's are nothing out here nowadays. You can get them very very cheap. Now, if you were on the west coast, Im sure you could get a little more out of it.. The last two banshees I bought I paid $1800 for one and $2000 for another, they were great bikes too. Quote
IROOST1 Posted November 8, 2006 Author Report Posted November 8, 2006 Might as well just keep it or strip it. Not worth selling. Quote
kaotik1 Posted November 8, 2006 Report Posted November 8, 2006 I'd be interested in a few things off it if, you parted it out. Quote
IROOST1 Posted November 9, 2006 Author Report Posted November 9, 2006 Ill probably just list it for sale once its all done and if it doesnt sell, i will just keep it. The manufacturers are killing two strokes so its value may go up. Quote
