i'm tearing my carbs off today and removing my airbox also. i also read on here that you can take a drimmel with a sand paper bit and hone the stock intakes out some. is this any good? if so let me know i already have it apart. can someone give the right size to cut it to?i dont want to mess it up :thanks:

theres a post on here with a good tip for this. look under search and type in "reed" youll find the answer you are looking for with pictures even.

seems like the only performance gain you'll get is either by cutting away the center seperator from the top and bottom and replace them with another type of reed pettals or getting a v-force 3 set of reeds. id research it tho.
