if you have a crank that has long rods is it a stroker like a 4 mil or what, im confused like crazy!

No

Strocker and long rod is different

Stroker is when the strocke is bigger, Which means the piston goes further up and lower down

Long rod is when the connecting rod is longer which makes the piston go higher but but not lower, by the way it goes higher even when its at its lowest point.

Actually a long rod doesnt change the stroke length at all. Since the Rod is 5Mil longer, the wrist pin hole in the piston is raised 5 Mil to acct for the differance in the Connecting rod. It eases the angles that the rod travels thru and is suposed to make the engine a bit more reliable.
