race-a-holic Posted September 18, 2006 Report Posted September 18, 2006 I finally got back out to the shop and started putting the banshee back together. I had almost no interest in putting it back together after the wreck. It was nice to get back out there and do some work on it.Hope to ride it soon. Losing interest in it was something I thought would "never" happen. We'll see how it goes when I'm throwing sand at the 4 strokes again.LOL! Quote
trex banshee Posted September 18, 2006 Report Posted September 18, 2006 good to hear man, I too can never see me losing interest in my shee, but I have never had a crash like you. Hopefully you will change your mind after you get the thrill of riding it again! Quote

I guess it's like I've heard about people that have had car wrecks. They say it's best to get back into a car soon. This was the first wreck that I actually got hurt in.It might sound like I'm a cry baby because I know that there is people that have had alot worse wrecks.I guess we all take it differently. Hope to possibly get it out this coming weekend.Probably won't drag race alot just take it to the nearby creek and throw a little sand. This was the first time I got it out when I finished the winter rebuild.Good times. The first race I had was against a polaris outlaw.I give the guy alot of credit for getting out there. Yes,yes,I won.Duh.LOL! Quote
