I say go for it. Trinity pipes are pretty good pipes, but keep in mind, pipes are 99% opinion. One person may like them and another may not. All in all, they'll be a good pipe to go have fun with and should fit your needs well.

The set in those pics look like crap! They must not have taken very good care of them. Probably nothin a little Mother's couldn't handle!

I've got a set, and do some trail riding, duning, and a little draging with them. They aren't the BEST at any type of riding, but they're better than alot other pipes I see out there. They are pretty versital pipes with ok bottom, awsome mid, and strong top end power. Plus they look sweet and sound sick. I run with guys w/ Toomey T5's all day long, they are very similar pipes as far as power goes, but the stage IV's have a better top end and fit & finish IMO.

I'm sure someone will disagree with me b/c there seems to be alot of Trinity haters on here, but I'm very pleased with mine.

As far as i know all of the newer trinitys are stainless. As far as power I would rate them between the t5s and the cpis. They have decent bottom with more mid to top than the t5s with a little less on top than cpis.I run them and they just get better with every mod i do.Im going to a 4mill cub and the builder im getting my stuff from said i might see a 2-4hp gain on peak with cpis but not enough to switch the pipes.

so i guess i was wrong. my elevation ranges from 1200-1400... any jetting settings?

The trinitys will do fine for trail.A good setup i found to provide alot of lowend was 340 main 27.5 pilot needle on th 4th clip.Get your compression up the higher you go the better lowend will be 185psi is about as high as I recommend. However if you get above 150-155psi you will have to run higher octane 100octane should do for 150 - 160 and above that i would recommend straight race gas to be safe, you can get diffrent octanes.I ran 111octane with 185-190psi and it worked well.I think you will be happy with the performance of the pipes,Ive never talked to anybody who ran them and wasent happy with them. Those jetting numbers were with k&n pods so if your still running the airbox drop that main to 280-300.
