chris642 Posted June 5, 2006 Report Posted June 5, 2006 anyone who has any experience with a blaster can be a very big help to me right now. I just got a blaster to mess around on then sell and im wondering about the sound it makes on deceleration and returning to idle when in nuetral. You can hear it making a pinging type noise, not detonation thought, sounds more like it may be jetted wrong. I have heard blaster always have a knock but this seems a bit excesive if you ask me, but i could be wrong. 1 person i asked said from what he hears it sounds normal, but i figure i would post this up anyway. Heres the videos, you can kind of hear it when the engine is dropping RPM's and returning to idle, and also when i decelerate when riding it. the blaster is totally apart now, i tore it down to the frame today and its getting a new paint job on the frame and some other small things, im not spending more than $100 on this thing!
