Ok, I just put a lockout and side cover on last night. I filled the oil (1 and 1/2 qts.) to the mark on the dip stick. Started the bike, let it run and saw something comming out of the right pipe. I placed my hand at the end of the pipe and it was wet. After shutting it down, I noticed the oil was low (it's nice to have a window to see the oil level) I'm thinking crank seal is bad? Does that sound right?

Well, when you first fill a side cover the oil level will seem high until you start it or let it sit for a while. then it will even out. If you're sucking oil into the crank case it usually has a pretty dramatic affect on the motor. Also just a suggestion I run 2 quarts on my lock up cover

You have a good point there. I did not think about the side cover being larger. So what is the wet stuff comming out of the pipe on the right side? A fresh top end was done in Dec. 05 and it sounds good when running. I had a problim over Memorial weekend. Somehow water got into the tank and we had to drain the fuel tank and clean out the carbs.

Related somehow?

Is it OIL or water?

It looks clear comming out of the pipe :shrugani:

Did you check your plugs? If one cylinder is sucking water it will run lean and the plug will be whiter than the other.

Plugs look just fine. Oil level was back up after setteling all night, plus I added a little to makeup for the lock-out cover. I'm thinking that it is just moisture left over form the bad fuel thing.
