Is the spring rate on the rear shock a dual rate?

if it is a dual rate shock what make the elka, works, pep, ect.

better than the stock one .

and they are valved better and have a remote rez, so they hold more oil and can run cooler. Also the can have dual rate springs which only helps for little bumps.
