BrianEb Posted June 6, 2005 Report Posted June 6, 2005 I have Toomey T6 Pipes 280 Mian Jet Needle on 4th slot I just installed the new V-Force 3 Reeds and rode the Banshee yesterday. It ran like crap. The power band did not want to kick in at all. Has anyone have these problems with the V3s. I had my old spark plugs in there, Moto Tassinari says to change your plugs Could that be the problem Quote

If the fresh plugs don't fix it you might want to consider bumping up your timing if you haven't done it already Quote

wayfst Posted June 6, 2005 Report Posted June 6, 2005 i moved my clip down 2 when i changed from vf2 to vf3. thats all. if your mid range is lean your pipes won't come on very well. Quote

Going up on the needle will lean it out Quote
