John19 Posted June 2, 2005 Report Posted June 2, 2005 I got a used -2 Lonestar Swingarm off of a member here. I was putting it all together today when I noticed the rear chain slider (closest to the sprocket on bottom) would not fit. I was trying to use the one off of my stock swingarm, what gives? DO I have to run that slider when I have the 2 already up front on? Was planning to head to the dunes tomorrow thanks for any input. Also, I noticed when I put my rear brake caliper on the 2 screws that hold it on end up hitting the disc, I was thinking about just cutting them shorter had anyone else had this problem? Quote
Cotton eyed Joe Posted June 3, 2005 Report Posted June 3, 2005 Anyone? 377036[/snapback] I dunno man. I know on my swingers everything lines up. Im actually quite surprised that you are having that problem with a lonestar swinger. Quote
sredish Posted June 3, 2005 Report Posted June 3, 2005 Maybe it uses a honda-style slide or something. Quote
John19 Posted June 8, 2005 Author Report Posted June 8, 2005 I got it all figured out. The guide mounts different than stock that I didnt realize till I had a second person look at it All as well with it an excellent setup. I did have to cut the 2 bolts holding the rear caliper on because when I screwed them on they were literally on the disc. No biggie a sweet swinger! Quote
