williamjernigan Posted May 29, 2005 Report Posted May 29, 2005 I just got my banshee right and still crave more power I know that a milled head or accesory head will make a difference but how much? I need to know also what octane I will have to run with my milled head and advanced timing. I am at sea level and have +4 timing however I might change it to less or more. What dome size could I run and still run pump gas and would it even be worth my while If I run pump gas. Quote
dlnoss Posted May 29, 2005 Report Posted May 29, 2005 You should be able to run 21cc domes with good premium pump gas, if you go the aftermarket head route. You should get a 2 to 3 horsepower and improved throttle response and low end power. Not only is your compression increased but the design of the aftermarket dome is better than that of the stock head. It will make a difference that you will definitely 'feel'. Quote
