I would just buy some new gaskets & rings and be on the safe side.

sounds like you need to pull the rubber plugs out of the cylinders, clean them up and use some yamabond to seal them back up. if its leaking from the bottom of your cylinder in the front thats the problem. your prolly suckin coolant making it run like shit. pull the cylinders and check those plugs.

lower front of the cylinder? Make sure you tightend the bolts in the correct sequence and proper torque, if still leaking it prob. needs a new base gasket..

Not a good idea to use sealer it possiblly could get sucked into the motor where it's not needed...

dam alright is yamabond the same as some permatax, whats the pattern for the cylinders, and its 20 lbs right? im new at the banshee stuff ha but im learnin

any high temp silicone will work. pull the plugs out. clean up the edges of the cylinders where those plugs go in. put a bead of silicone around there and put the plugs in. wipe off the excess. let that shit set up before you start your banshee up. usually takes over night. the reason its running like shit is because your sucking coolant into the cylinder. i bet your radiator level dropped a little didnt it?

sweet thanks alot i ordered a clymer dont have it yet, but no i didnt check the rad. level, i checked the plugs on the bottem of the cylinders they look alright heres a picture.... do they pop out or do i just yank them out

well thats one of them otehr ones pretty much the same so they look bad or can you not tell

if you have your cylinders off pour some water down into the water jackets and see if it comes out where those plugs are. if it does then pull them out and re-silicone them. if not you have a problem somewhere else.

Your gaskets should cover up the rubber plug so it dont leak.make sure the bottom of your cylinder is flat and nobody has marred it up trying to get it off.You could have a high spot not letting the entire surface seal .There is a spray gasket sealer that might help you its not thick like silicones.

you shouldnt depend on the gasket to keep water from gettin in there. those plugs should be siliconed in to ensure they dont leak.
