When you do get it started, does it idle better when the choke's pulled or does it die? Do you know what pilot is in there, stock I'm betting. You might have a compression problem as well. When have the plugs been checked last? Hard starting can be compression, reeds, jetting, plugs, electrical, so many things but answer those first few questions and we can help you more. Quote
