You'll find a kind of sand highway headed away from camp. Follow that until you hear drag bikes. Its over the big hill to your right. You'll know what I'm talking about when you get there. Just be carfull if you run up it. I know 2 people that have went over the top and it wasn't pretty. I saw one guy that was camped next to me get carried off in the ghetto bird. Quote
dnhyoung Posted June 10, 2005 Report Posted June 10, 2005 Thanks for the tips.. I was wondering about bringing extra gas. My Dad is going along and will be on a utility quad. I realize that fuel consumption depends on the riding, and bike, but is that something that I really need to think about, especially for the far hils such as Choke Cherry?? Quote

Bring extra gas. From Egin Lake campground to Choke Cherry used alot of gas once I put pipes on. We make a few runs, bullshit, then head back. The serious drag bikes actually trailer the bikes down the road to another spot closer to the hill, unload and ride to Choke Cherry that way. Quote
