Now to do these do i have to split the motor and all that stuff or just pull the side cover off. should i just take the motor out and fix that way or what cause im in a big bind Quote

bkabina Posted February 21, 2005 Report Posted February 21, 2005 (edited) You have to split the cases to change the rod's on the crank.A true and welded crank is going to have the rod pin welded to the crank journal. You may be further ahead to get the new crank and have it welded,It cost almost the same as rebuilding the stock crank. Edited February 21, 2005 by bkabina Quote
