BdBanshee Posted January 24, 2005 Report Posted January 24, 2005 If you aren't running enough compression to warrant the race fuel, then it's a waste of money. If you don't need it, there is no advantage to using it. Quote

SICK BOY Posted January 24, 2005 Report Posted January 24, 2005 If you bump up your compression, then you'll have no choice other to run race gas.More compression=more power . Quote

lincster Posted January 24, 2005 Report Posted January 24, 2005 19cc domes, at sea level, I would be running race gas, or at least 50/50 mixture. I run 20cc domes at sea level and run 50/50. Better safe than sorry. If you go to 17cc domes, 100% race gas, no mixing. Quote
BigRed350x Posted January 24, 2005 Report Posted January 24, 2005 Id stick with the 19's and save the extra cash for other misc. goodies. Quote
red ore Posted January 24, 2005 Report Posted January 24, 2005 YES USE RACE GAS AND STOP YELLING!!!!! Quote

patrolman808 Posted January 24, 2005 Report Posted January 24, 2005 I think he meant no mixing it with regular gas. I run 100% race gas, but $6 a gal. keeps the 'Shee in the garage most of the time. Quote

HOW ABOUT IF I GO TO LITTLE SAHARRA USE RACE FUEL WITH THE 17'S AND STAY WITH THE 19'S FOR AT HOME THE DOMES ARE WHAT 70.00 THATS OK FOR DRAGS GETTING THE EDGE A LITTLE HOW ABOUT BOTTOM END I HEARD THAT IT WILL HELP OUT. MOST PEOPLE SAY ONCE U USE IT U WONT GO BACK IM JUST WONDERING IF U CAN SWITCH BACK AND FORTH AS LONG AS U DRAIN THE EXCES FUEL. U STILL HAVE TO MIX IT WITH TWO STROKE OIL RIGHT Quote

When I say 50/50, that means 50% race gas, 50% premium. Unless you want a short ride, you always mix oil in the gas for a Banshee. Quote
