You don't have it seated right, they should both be flush with the head. It can cause some problems, I had a similar problem with my Wicked Motorsports head. Takes some patience, but it will go all the waty down. Take a look at how it sits in the head.

Well how do i put it back down? I guess it has been running like this because this is how it was when i just pulled the head off.

Is it not even on TOP of the head or where?

Flip your head upside down where you can see the bottom of your plug. That circle dome is not even with the head it hangs down like ??? width of a needle. Its just not even put it that way.

I don't understand what your describing. Can you post a picture?

I do not have a camera with me.... Isnt is the dome?

Ok i took off my head of a ProX Bigbore 409

Its a solid head that has 2 domes, if you flip the head upside down so you see the bottom of the spark plugs, the dome looking thing is not even with the smooth surface.

I dont know how else to explain it... If you run your fingernail across the bottom surface of the head it will catch on a dome because it doesnt sit inside all the way.

A couple of thousandths is okay but more than, say, .005-.007 could cause a coolant leak around the cylinder. Was it leaking? Is there some trash or something holding it out? If you have the time, you are welcome to send it to me and I'll check it out. It is a Noss Head,,,,right?

Try putiing some 2 stroke oil around the o-ring that is at the very top (where the plug threads into) then try to work it down. Like noss said a couple of thousandths isn't bad, I would just be scared it would turn into more if its not seated correctly. Just have some patience and work it in there I went through the same thing.

Is the dome too thick at the bottom or is the recess in the base plate not deep enough or is there something like a burr or something keeping the dome from seating in the head properly? The oring at the top will make it protrude some but if that's the case you should be able to push on it and get it to be fairly flush.
