Sick Twin Posted October 8, 2004 Report Posted October 8, 2004 hey guy's i got my banshee out and took it donw the road today and wasnt really running it very hard whn i brought it back she started knocking .seemed as it was coming from the bottom end but not real sure on what it is .could be me brank bearings? or worse . and if im gonne be in the bottom now anyhow could use some good ideas on how to set it up. i ride mostly trails and motocross.was already planning to do the topend but some ideas on that would be cool too thanks Quote
frocashmoney24 Posted October 8, 2004 Report Posted October 8, 2004 if it is comming from the bottom end, it could be a number of things, i would do a full tear down. thers not much you can do in the bottom end for performance, cept maybe get a new clutch, mod the shift star, get rz350 shiftforks and such. the topend is where your gonna get performance, get it ported, you'll see a world of diffrence Quote
Bansheerider29x Posted October 11, 2004 Report Posted October 11, 2004 I had awhile ago a suzuki lt 185 and when i bought it there was knocking in the bottem end and when i took it apart the gears were wrecked it could be that or a fork or a bearing i guess your going to have to strip it down and see what u find Quote
