I just bought a banshee from a guy in indiana - vin number checked out

I have a bill of sale, and certificate of origin--

can some one help in what needs to be done in case the cops do catch up with me-- they cant take her!

Get all of that stuff notarized and carry it with you at all times. You can apply for a title but all that will do is cost you money. And if you ride in Wisconsin, you will need the bill of sale or title and the receipt to show you paid tax on it or they will charge you the tax at the time of trying to get a sticker to ride the trails in Wisconsin. So make sure you have a receipt that shows you paid the tax and what you paid for the bike.

Where's beach park? how is the riding?

applying for a title wont help you. You wont be able to ride it anywhere except private land.

Beach Park is about 2 miles west of the lake and 5 miles south of wisconsin. The riding here is like the rest of the state... it SUCKS.
