McSkinner Posted May 2, 2004 Report Posted May 2, 2004 Guys, I'm finally getting her back together from having every single nut and bolt out and ever moving part disassembled. All I'v got to do is fill her up with coolant and fuel and hope shee fires. I'm stuck right now though. The small(3/8") tube coming out of the water pump. Where does it go. During the rebuild, I moved the bottle up front. and had all the hoses off. I'm thinking it T's up with the hose coming out from the top/back of the motor around the tranny, but that leaves one extra nipple on the T. What goes there? Bye the way, how much coolant does this pig take? thanks Quote
ranshee Posted May 2, 2004 Report Posted May 2, 2004 Your right it goes to the t in the middle of the carbs. Just fill it to the top, and check it after it runs for a little bit and refill if necesary. Quote

boonman Posted May 2, 2004 Report Posted May 2, 2004 The lines you speak of I believe are the vent lines?? If so, they are connectd together, and the other end of the "T" can go wherever you want it to. I run mine up by the radiator I believe. Quote
