Air Filters

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I purchased a 1998 Banshee cheetah cub 421 4mm stroker. It has Lectron 38mm carbs. The previous owner said it has emgo filters but can’t remember the size.

The bike is in transit to me now. It’s shipping from Florida to NJ.

Can anybody help me out with the correct size filter I will need (I’d like to buy a few spares) and I’d like to buy a few drychargers..

Thank you!

Is this the best filter available for my application?

Ok thank you. I have 2 RU-1770’s on order.
Question about the prefilter.  Do I want the precharger or drycharger? I am not going to be riding across deep puddles, but may blast through small areas of mud.

Use the numbers I gave ya. You will be fine.

Nice bike. First thing you need to do is put a pingle on there before you burn it down.

let me know the light brand when you get it home.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is a pingle? I did a google search and came up with a “pingel” but not sure your talking about that.

It’s a high flow petcock. It keeps ample fuel to the carb bowls so the motor doesn’t suck them dry.
