sheeman000 Posted December 11, 2003 Report Posted December 11, 2003 I recently looked at a Banshee Forsale that had some minor problems , but before i baught it , wanted to double check and make sure its nothing major 1. The guy told me that when it is cold he has to hold a blow dryer to the black electrical box , located in the back just under the seat to warm it up and then it starts right up. 2. When it is started one head light is way brighter than the other Are these major problems can someone help me out please ????????

I'm curious on how long that dude took to troubleshoot. o.k, That is your cdi box and lets just say it's your banshees brain. something is goofed and i dont know if it's moisture or something needs to expand through heat to make a circuit.See if you can buy another one from here or order a new one from factory. That box is important and it needs to be in 100% health so you dont get stuck somewhere or go through the inconvienience you're having.
