dumb question, but I got the rear end all together and I haven't had this thing together one bit the last 2 winters besides now,

seems like the axle does not want to spin that well, will the really cold weather cause the carrier bearings to have that affect?

Is it brand new bearings and carrier? When I put my new carrier in it was that’s to spin.

if you loosen your axle nuts does it make any difference in how it spins?

no i got it last summer.  axle nut makes no difference.  I think its the cold. I left the carrier out in the shed all winter in the freezing.im assuming that's what it is

Roller done now
Steven really hooked me up on these plastics. They even sparkle in the sunlight. Just gotta align the front end and put the brakes on now. Motor will be put in next month. This is it for now. bc846badaedab1d2c44978cf66c7ff26.jpgf4099b017ff28f8878342f0b426e41e9.jpg
