nazeroth77 Posted April 12, 2017 Report Posted April 12, 2017 Hey everyone, So new to the Banshee seen and managed to pick up a stock 1998 Banshee. It had been sitting in a guys shed for the last few years. Brought it home, changed the plugs and drained the fluids. After a few hours of work managed to get it started. I've ran 2 gallons of gas through it with an off brand 32:1 mix (just using off brand to run through, going to buy something better to ride with). Just curious if it's normal for so much smoke to come from the exhausts? It's currently 52F and I let it idle for about 10 minutes before taking this video. (hopefully I'm allowed to post videos) Quote
97Screamer Posted April 12, 2017 Report Posted April 12, 2017 Yeah that is a normal amount, especially running 32:1 with cheap mix. Nice dog by the way, I have a blue nose too! Quote

nazeroth77 Posted April 12, 2017 Author Report Posted April 12, 2017 idle 10 min = no bueno. Could you elaborate? Quote
Ayesully810 Posted April 12, 2017 Report Posted April 12, 2017 Could you elaborate? Low idle, low rpms for extended period of time, wet plugs, wont fire as good. Quote
