sheerider11 Posted March 31, 2016 Report Posted March 31, 2016 Very nice! Are you able to do the hard anodized that comes on billet baskets? Quote
Bennett131 Posted March 31, 2016 Report Posted March 31, 2016 Imgoing to send you a pile of parts to make pretty colors. Quote
ClaudeMachining Posted March 31, 2016 Author Report Posted March 31, 2016 Can you do a hardness test of before and after with the hard anodizing? Good idea!! i'm do it right fucking now Quote
ClaudeMachining Posted March 31, 2016 Author Report Posted March 31, 2016 can you remove one color anodize and re-anodize? looks excellent by-the-way. Nope Quote
Shifty722 Posted March 31, 2016 Report Posted March 31, 2016 Nice work sir! I do a little home anodizing, my setup is not even on the same planet as yours so I am jealous! Anodizing can be stripped and a part re anodized, but it is a pain in the ass and you risk pitting the aluminum in the process. Once stripped you have to re polish the part etc best to start with nice new and clean material IMHO. From my research hard coating anodize limits you to black as far as colors go, but then again I am not working with equipment on MMAxtreme's level. Quote
trickedcarbine Posted March 31, 2016 Report Posted March 31, 2016 MMA, that's kick ass. Nice work, I could think of a limitless uses for that. Can't wait to see some parts done. Quote
