LaegerEliminator Posted January 29, 2016 Report Posted January 29, 2016 Just my $0.02, you're gonna want to stick with a two piece design. You wheelie wrong or wreck wrong and the grab bar is going to bend. Quote
tfaith08 Posted January 29, 2016 Author Report Posted January 29, 2016 Yeah, forgot to add that. Definitely a bolt-on. Quote
locogato11283 Posted January 29, 2016 Report Posted January 29, 2016 I have a small dirt mound in my pasture i want to jump. Will your chassis handle this? Can i upgrade the a arms to accept sandrail long travel a arms with King shocks? Also does it have a big enough grab bar where i can mount an aluminum truck tool box where i can carry my Craftsman tool box and a small air compressor? Will a Gxr motor fit in this chassis? Can you have the chassis hot dipped in galvanize before you ship it. I hate rust. Rust is bad. I will gift my paypal in 5 days as i gift of $500...that should cover shipping also. P.s. Can i run an airbox with my fuel injection? FKN JUNK LOLOLOLOLOLOL Fucking so true. Quote
tfaith08 Posted January 30, 2016 Author Report Posted January 30, 2016 Thoughts on welding pro-peg inserts in place to eliminate the stock cluster of bs where the pegs mount? Quote
tfaith08 Posted January 30, 2016 Author Report Posted January 30, 2016 wtf Do you have some greater knowledge to impart? Quote

tfaith08 Posted February 2, 2016 Author Report Posted February 2, 2016 I'm ordering materials to do the chassis tonight or tomorrow. Does anyone have any idea on how I should go about welding the pro-peg insert to the chassis and eliminate the stock bolt cluster? I want to get rid of that entire area if possible and just have the tube for the nerfs and a stop but I want it to be strong enough to withstand jumps and worst-case scenarios. The F43 inserts are 15/16" x.120 wall. I'm also ordering 1/2" .065 wall to gusset the radiator support and the lower steering stem area and 3/4" .065 to replace the front bracing behind the front bumper. Anything else I may need? Quote

Find the thread Evan(The358Shee) did on his EFI Banshee. He did a decent Pro Peg conversion on his frame. Quote
tfaith08 Posted February 2, 2016 Author Report Posted February 2, 2016 Can someone link the thread? I've seen it before, but I can't find it on taptalk. A1 is for fags. Quote
