New 4mm stroker, welded, trued and balanced crank. 115mm long rod. 65.5mm bore. 391cc. Engine overhauled. All new seals. Hinson clutch basket and cusions. All the fun stuff. Billet waterpump impeller. Pro design cool head, 19cc domes. Picked up a chariot racing intake and reed cages. Boyseen stage 2 reeds. 35mm pwk carbs. Mounted up with some fmf sst pipes and silencers. I run 98 octane. Finally jetted perfectly.

To the chassis. Started off with a 04 yfz450. Only part original is the frame. Mounted up to a 6 point subframe. Fox floats up front. Fox podium x rear. Metalcraft LT arms. Stock 06 swingarm. Oversized rad. Tusk axle. Tusk steering stem. Steering stabilizer. Ac nerfs and grab bar. Dg bumper. Laker custom plastics. Tires are like new. Dwt front rims. Hyper beadlock rears. 450r thumb throttle. Stainless brake lines. Tm designworks rollers. Bunch of other misc upgrades

Ive owned every sport quad. Honda, suzuki, yamaha, gas-gas, cannondale, hybrids, Couple Side x sides. Etc. this is the quickest offroad machine ive ever rode. This is the R1 of atvs. Unnecessarily fast. No expenses spared building this machine. Motor professionally built. This is one of a kind.

No joy rides. Cash must be in my hand before riding.

Cash sale. Price is $5000 FIRM. Only trade for a wrx, v8 sports car or v8 sports sedan. Must be manual. Or a polaris rzr

But seriously. After motor is built. I change the oil after 5 hrs of use. Of break in period. Much like changing your oil on a brand new vehicle after break in period. (1500-2000miles.) then continue with you normal interval.

Btw. Atv is sold

Thanks evryone!
