Strm Trpr Posted February 25, 2016 Report Posted February 25, 2016 Already done by email What did you order? Quote
ClaudeMachining Posted February 25, 2016 Report Posted February 25, 2016 What did you order? The lp (serval kind) cylinders, domes and porting. Since i wanted something a little bit more extensive porting wise, i'll wait for the next batch so he can port it before plating. So that with sniper pipe, 4 mill crank and pwk 33 will be my setup for this summer. 1 Quote

trickedcarbine Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 Make sure you speak with Gary at SRP about your set up when ordering to make sure that your motor is going to benefit from the Snipers. If you are doing a 421, you are probably in the ball park. Quote
ClaudeMachining Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 Thx for the input. i would love to put led pipe, they are so beautifull but too munch $$$ for me. Sniper raw looks good and I like the sound, dyno chart seems good too. I was not sure about carbs... pwk 28 or bored out to 30, 33 or bigger? I taught 33 will be a good mid point torque vs hp wise. I run open road/trail most of the time. Quote
trickedcarbine Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 What bore/stroke combo? Quote
trickedcarbine Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 35's. Especially in open terrain. 1 Quote
bluebanshee98 Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 Def 35mm out of the 2 choices you mentioned. You will notice better top end with the bigger carbs. Great for open terrain Quote
ClaudeMachining Posted February 27, 2016 Report Posted February 27, 2016 35's. Especially in open terrain. Not loosing to munch snap and torque over the 33? Quote
bigweav81 Posted June 24, 2016 Report Posted June 24, 2016 Will Driveline be offering a 72mm bore set up in the future? Quote
registered user Posted June 28, 2016 Report Posted June 28, 2016 just a fyi in case you care. ive got 66mm and 72mm pistons although not from banshee but it may be worth looking into the weight. anyways as you can imagine the 72 is heavier by 40gr. for reference a oem banshee wristpin is 48gr. so its almost like slinging around a extra wristpin Quote
bigweav81 Posted June 28, 2016 Report Posted June 28, 2016 That's cool to know, but I was curious if they planned on producing a bigger set up......guess not. Sent from my SM-S820L using Tapatalk Quote
