Thinking about banshee

I have been looking to upgrade from my yamaha blaster and I really like the way the banshee looks and preforms. I am wondering if I should get a banshee or a yfz. I like to do track and trail. Also. Is there any problems with them? I am good at working on them so matenence and tune ups wont be an issue. Would I be able to make it a really good track bike?

If you wanna go to the track and seriously compete on race day just do the yfz. If you just wanna have fun at the track and destroy folks in the trails, then banshee. If you were really serious, you could either do a laeger or LSR banshee chassis and actually compete at the track but it's a lot of cash. Maybe even consider a yfz with a banshee motor but to do a nice hybrid is about as much as just doing a LSR or Laeger's.

old post but i have seen fast guys run the banshees in the woods back in the day.Curtis Crump owns the track in these parts.Kim Kuhnle(?) also competed with a banshee back in the day.just because 450s are out doesnt change the effectivness of a well set up woods shee.might not be perfect option for everyone but us ol timers like smokers
