sstaton1983 Posted March 31, 2014 Report Posted March 31, 2014 The spacers set over the top of the six threaded holes to give the cover a flat surface to tighten up against. Put the six springs in the perches, put a spacer over each of the threaded holes, place the cover on, line up the holes and put the Allen bolts in and torque to specs.
