Boostwhore Posted October 31, 2013 Report Posted October 31, 2013 Sorry guys hate to ask a dumb question but who makes these a arms? Are they lsr's they don't seem any wider than the stockers and I was told they were 2+1 lsr's? Thanks Quote
quadgod211 Posted October 31, 2013 Report Posted October 31, 2013 my bottoms look like those but my tops are solid were the long bolt goes through....i dont know for sure what mine is either.... Quote
Boostwhore Posted October 31, 2013 Author Report Posted October 31, 2013 Well the rusty ole shocks don't help but ya I was a little surprised when they showed up didn't look like lsr's to me just put em on and they aren't the best quality at all! Very disappointed!! Quote
Boostwhore Posted October 31, 2013 Author Report Posted October 31, 2013 Ya I bought them thinkin they were 2+1's and when measuring them they are only 3/4 of an inch wider than stock. Quote
Hazzard Racing Customs Posted October 31, 2013 Report Posted October 31, 2013 those are wierd they look like ASR the way that top bar is but the upper balljoint looks like off a stock bike of some sort Quote
Boostwhore Posted November 2, 2013 Author Report Posted November 2, 2013 Well I finished the "pos" a arms on the shee and it was as expected the worst handling bike I've ever ridden. Camber /caster adjustment was seized and way out not impressed with these at all! Quote
Boostwhore Posted November 2, 2013 Author Report Posted November 2, 2013 Sorry for crappy iPhone pics guys! Quote
sheerider11 Posted November 2, 2013 Report Posted November 2, 2013 Hmm, I don't think it's the a arms fault. I'm leaning towards the stock shocks, or you out of whack camber and caster. Quote
Boostwhore Posted November 2, 2013 Author Report Posted November 2, 2013 Well the camber/caster is way out but drivers side is seized solid and there isn't near enough adjustment to get it close on either side. Shocks worked allot better with stocker arms! Don't think that's my issue, just garbage a arms that aren't worth a quarter of what I payed for em! Little bit frustrated. Quote
sheerider11 Posted November 2, 2013 Report Posted November 2, 2013 I'll give you 50 bucks for em Quote
quadgod211 Posted November 3, 2013 Report Posted November 3, 2013 looks like the tie rods need turned out and toe it in some Quote
Starwriter Posted November 4, 2013 Report Posted November 4, 2013 Take the jamb nut off the lower ball joint, screw the ball joint all the way in and put the jamb nut on the inside end of the ball joint. Then get your caster, camber, and toe set. Quote
Hazzard Racing Customs Posted November 4, 2013 Report Posted November 4, 2013 Look up ASR arms theyt sell the heims that will probably fit those arms if you got some that are being stuborn just replace new and go from there Quote
