Stator rewind

Found out I have a bad cheapy ebay stator in my shee & two pm's to sheerider1026 & zero replies back. Ordered a race tech stator & now its on back order for two months. Who can rewind this thing for me? Racetech said $300 to rewind mine, but thats alittle much right now.

I'm just looking to have it rebuilt for now

Just buy the new race tech it's cheaper then rewinding the stocker

There's something fishy about Racetech. They came on here wanting to change the aftermarket stator world by getting people to try their stuff, and bragging about how great it is. Now all they sell is Rick's Motorsports junk.

 

And as the OP stated, $300 to rewind an OEM stator is RIDICULOUS.

Huh, every one has ricks in the description but the banshee. And they are completely out of stock right now...... Thing is you can get ricks from every where that stocks their banshee stuff so I'd imagine that if it is a ricks they would have some in stock at Racetech. It is weird though..... Wonder what they got going on.

I've actually been to evan's shop when i bought my stator about a year ago, he's know's his shit, and everything seemed legit.  Let's hope it's still that way, because he puts out a good banshee stator.
