The absolute worst thing to do on a boat is to sit inside of the cabin while its bouncing around in the waves. The only way to get your equilibrium (sp?) back to to jump in the drink and float around for a bit. It helps. Quote

We drank the night before (a lot), that morning we were hanging bad, smoked up a bit, and we were both sea sick as hell. Our mistake was sitting in the cabin, but I cant remember if I puked or not.
