Cub Water Jacket Plug?

I recently put my 4mil cub together and started and ran fine, but after about a day or so I noticed a coolant leak near the base gasket. I took the cylinders back off to see about the leak and I noticed that one of the water plugs was loose. So I haven't put it back together yet, but I wanted to fine out if I needed to screw the plug all the way in or just half way?

run it in a lil further then flush and use red loc-tite to seal the plug

i cover them with case sealer only way i could get one to stop leaking one time
