JAGeSage Posted February 4, 2013 Report Posted February 4, 2013 Well, got the banshee runnin, still dropping my right cylinder, fires and starts on two but only runnin on one, plug looks black when I pull it, still pushin smoke out and every now and then it knocks back on.. Could that be a coil issue?? I didnt try switching plug wires due to the fact I just ripped the thing apart to check compression. runnin about 110 on each cylinder, actually have more on my right one(the one fouling) Does anyone have an idea what this could be? soon im about to rip it apart, redo my top end and all my seals and be done. JAGeSage Posted February 4, 2013 Author Report Posted February 4, 2013 Clipped plug wire off a bit, changed the end on the right cylinder plug wire, Got that cylinder runnin, ran the quad both were runnin, took it for a spin, came back less than a quarter mile run, dropped my left.. Coil going bad maybe? Quote
HolySheet Posted February 5, 2013 Report Posted February 5, 2013 Test it with a meter. Primary prongs should be between .28 and .38, then put both leads on each plug wire and it should read between 4,700 and 7,100 ohms. Quote
