ATVridinMaNiAc Posted October 5, 2012 Report Posted October 5, 2012 Im gonna be picking up some new rims all around here soon just curious what is a good rim setup for xc riding? i know i probably want .190 and i want a little more offset then factory, i would have +2+1 a arms i think and my wider axle, Running 20s on the back. Not sure if ima go with Douglas, ITP or Hiper. thanks. Quote

shakar Posted October 13, 2012 Report Posted October 13, 2012 not trying to thread jack but, im curious whats the major diff between runing 8'' rear rims over the 10'' rear.besides the clearance issues? i now run big ole dirt tires on stock rear rims but im thinking of getting some smaller rims & tires with less sidewall?? i mostly trail but lil field racing/xc.what would better?? thanks again again Quote

I saw that but idno if he has my choice of tires and ive never even heard of sti rims. also seems like getting 4+1 rims are very limited i only saw 1 set that had that option. Quote
