Dunes98 Posted April 19, 2012 Report Posted April 19, 2012 So you cant adjust it out?? Idle set the same?? Quote
Phelps Posted April 19, 2012 Report Posted April 19, 2012 lack of combustion due to too much fuel, low compression or weak spark. float could be sticking, or set to high, compression could be low, or weak spark in that side. if it is leaving a puddle of fuel i would lean towards the float valve sticking, or leaking due to age, or trash. Going to set floats better and try compression test Also re sync carbs. And put some glamis miles on it on Monday thru wedensday. Thanks for input and post up for more ideas Quote
Jereme6655 Posted April 20, 2012 Report Posted April 20, 2012 Cold also be that your one carb is set too low on the idle. Could LOOK like its synced up good.....but it may still be off enough to keep the bike from running correctly. Quote

Thanks for input and post up for more ideas Fixed supply leak then adjusted floats to 22mm and tested in cul de sac street. Both sides seen to fire nice and loud also even smoke. And I think no leak from vent tube. So it's off to glamis this mon-wed Quote
