1999banshee1999 Posted April 16, 2011 Report Posted April 16, 2011 I having some problems / concerns with my trinity motor. It has a trinity mx port job, single 35 mm pwk carb stage 4 head with 17cc domes and possible CPI pipes? Not sure what brand pipes are, no name on them, they have toomey silencer with hush kit. The motor is currently bored .100 over, with 192 psi of compression, it also is adjusted to 4 degrees adv. Seems to run good most of the time, the motor has a really bad flat spot in the midrange, I was reading some horror story about other trinity motors on here and seen some complaints about there motors. The motor always seems run ok, I have had it for 5 years and had to do one set of orings, but trinity seem to have a lot of problems with there heads, is 190psi to high? Should I try a different head? Any other ideas would be helpful. Quote
Glamis321 Posted April 16, 2011 Report Posted April 16, 2011 What type of gas are you running? I believe 190 psi needs full race gas or you might be detonating. Quote

Man I'm sorry, but after finding that forum about the "Trinity Saga" and reading 10,000 pages of it, I couldn't resist. That was the funniest damn forum I've read for a REALLY long time. Props Quote
