The cylinders should be ported for the 4mil to correct the port timings.. There is another option.. but its not the best option. Also, You'll need domes cut for the added stroke and depending on which rod length you use. You'll need new pistons also. But no case work is "needed"

Couple things you'd have to at least look at would be If 110 rod you'd have to Clear the rod on the top case half. Don't take much can even use a file to do such thing. The lower portion of the rod intends to tap the cases if not done. on a 115 rod kit cause the angle it would clear with. 2nd depending if you do a spacer kit or not you'd have to machine the head to recess for clearance. The spacer plate is included if you decide to use it or not.

Here is a kit we offer if interested.

ya im getting port work done too. Where do you find domes and pistons to fit the 4 mill crank?

You need pro lite 795 pistons for the 4 mill and any of the site sponsors on here will make you a great deal on them and on getting the domes also.

Reason is it's a easy application to upgrade to when you burn up a stock crank. As well a nice Power added with minor mods. other stroke motors such as +7 and larger require case trenching.
