LeeC Posted November 23, 2010 Report Posted November 23, 2010 I just finished jetting my banshee, mods are full pro circuit exhaust, vf3 tors delete and mq intake. I started off with the needle 1 clip up, 27.5s and 280s. Ran very rich, only ran good up top. Switched to 270s, 25s and stock needle position. The plugs look much much better now, but I am still getting some hesitation down low, similar to what I was getting before. Is it possible that the issue isn't jetting related? Also, the right side plug looks SLIGHTLY more lean then the left, any possible reason for that? Any help is appreciated! Lee Quote

I'm helping LeeC with this and it seems a little weird that the right cyl is running a little leaner than the left even though there are identical mods and the carbs are synced perfectly! Quote
YFS500 Posted November 23, 2010 Report Posted November 23, 2010 after dropping the needle clip one richer and adjusting the air screws to 1.75 turns out it runs much better now. plugs look a nice chocolate brown too. seems like everything is in check Quote
