Tire Size?

Hey Guys thanks for the help in advance!

 

A little background info, i have a 01 banshee and i pretty much just trail ride right now. Got a good deal on the quad i couldn't pass up. When i got the quad the front tires were more or less bald so i purchased a set on ebay ITP tire / rim combo.

What i didn't notice was the tire size, 23X7X9. The tires i HAD on the quad were 21. I'm running 20s on the back. Is this way to large of a difference to even ride? Should i get 21 or 22s in the back before i do anything or just sell the set i got on ebay and start over?

If those new front tires are 23x7-10, then you are fine. 22" rears goes better with them for looks and ground clearance.

I use 23x7-10 fronts and 22x11-9 rears Maxxis RazrII´s in winter.

If you end up with 23" and 22" tires, I think it´s wise to gear it a little lower. I have 13/42 with those bigger tires and stock 14/41 with my 22x7-10, 20x11-9 summer tires. Hope this helps.
